Privacy Notice

A photograph can disclose location or other information in its file metadata as well as the visible subject. Remove unnecessary metadata and obscure unrelated people or details before sending an image. Do not send one you are not entitled to share.

This notice covers information connected with the website and its correspondence channels, effective September 19, 2026.

A request about an image

A correction or rights request may include your email address, name, links, attachments, and information about a photograph or person depicted in it. We use those details to understand and assess the request and to communicate with you. Send only what is needed: a page URL and a description are often enough to begin.

A visit to a page

Web requests may create technical records, including an IP address, time, requested page, browser information, and errors. Such records can support site delivery, security, troubleshooting, and an understanding of general readership. Service providers involved in hosting or correspondence may process information for those functions.

Browser storage, including cookies, may support website functions. Browser settings let you review or remove stored data and limit future storage. An external source or image link is governed by the privacy practices of the destination website.

Keeping records and addressing requests

Message and technical records are retained according to the purpose they serve, including resolving a request, maintaining security, and meeting applicable obligations. There is no single retention period for every kind of record.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you supplied, email archive@samanthaboxphoto.com. Identify the correspondence or page concerned. Additional information may be needed to establish your connection to the request, but do not send identity documents unsolicited.

The effective date will change when this notice is revised.
